Welcome to graph tracker, owned and operated by chasperkie.net. graph tracker, henceforth referred to as "the service," is a cost-free, ad-free Web site first made available in 2018 to the community of individuals interested in better managing their autograph collections and inventories. It's use is governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using the service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Use of the service is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that chasperkie.net may terminate your access if you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or act in a manner that jeopardizes the experience of other members, is illegal or intentionally harms the well-being of the service itself. Any such termination will be at the sole discretion of chasperkie.net and may occur without notice. Bottom line ... be a good Net citizen and respect your online community.

By using the service you assume all risk for the outcomes of your use. While chasperkie.net operates and maintains the service in accordance with industry best practices, it cannot and will not guarantee that bad things won't happen. Take responsibility for your data. Back it up. The service offers a file download function so you can routinely make offline copies of your autograph data. Use it. You are responsible for the quality, integrity and survivability of your data.

Anyone may use the service. However, chasperkie.net makes no guarantee that it will work equally well on all browsers and all devices, or for all individuals. While good faith efforts have been made to ensure the service is accessible, responsive and usable, your experience may differ.

3. REGISTRATION AND DATA PRIVACY
The service requires each user (aka member) to register and provide certain data. Userid and email address are visible to other members who use the service. Otherwise, none of your personal data is visible to other members. No data is intentionally shared outside of the service. Only the System Administrator role has full purview of the service, including its data. Registration is a two step process that begins with an online request for membership. The service sends an email to each applicant with a link that must be clicked to complete the registration process. Incomplete registrations will be removed after one week.

All non-personal data, including your autographs, wishlists, and any sets, players, teams, etc. you create while using the service, are visible to all members.

4. MEMBER CONDUCT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (userid and password), and are fully responsible for all activities that occur while those credentials are in use. You agree to change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You also agree to logout after each session when using a public computer. chasperkie.net is not liable for any data loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this requirement.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all data you enter into the service and all content (photos, videos, etc.) you upload. You also acknowledge and agree that, because other members may not adhere to the Terms and Conditions, you may be exposed to content which you find objectionable. chasperkie.net is not responsible for the accuracy, quality or appropriateness of data entered or uploaded by users of the service.

You agree that you will NOT do any of the following:

• Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit or post links to any content that is unlawful, abusive, vulgar, obscene, libelous or otherwise objectionable. In other words, be nice!
• Choose names for the stuff you create (sets, etc.) that are offensive in any way. Other members will see your stuff.
• Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit or post links to any content that promotes illegal activity.
• Harrass or threaten other members via email or online posts.
• Impersonate another member.
• Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit or post links to any content for which you do not have appropriate rights.
• Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.
• Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any material that contains software viruses.
• Sell, distribute, or make any commercial use of data obtained from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt operation of the service.
• Register using new credentials after your access has been terminated.
• Create copy-cat software derived from inspecting html and javascript contained in the service.

You acknowledge and agree that chasperkie.net has the the right to remove, modify or block access to any content that is deemed not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification and at its sole discretion.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The service is provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. chasperkie.net disclaims all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, reliability, availability and performance of the service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and agree that chasperkie.net is not liable to any user of the service based on that user's use of and reliance upon the service or based upon another user's use of the service that adversely affects them. Similarly, chasperkie.net is not liable for service failures and other disruptions of service that impact use of the service. Members use the service at their own risk and bear full responsibility for any outcomes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The service software, its architecture and design are the intellectual property of chasperkie.net. You agree not to copy, adapt, translate, or re-engineer the service for any purpose without express written consent.

8. INDEMNITY AND RELEASE
By using the service you agree to indemnify chasperkie.net and its operators and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses that arise from your use of the service.

9. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHANGES IN THE SERVICE
chasperkie.net reserves the right to modify the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. It also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.

10. SERVICE TERMINATION
chasperkie.net reserves the right to terminate operation of the service at any time, for any reason. Members will be notified at least one month in advance either by email or via a broadcast message hosted on the Home page of the service advising them of the termination plan.

11. COMMUNICATIONS WITH USERS
chasperkie.net reserves the right to communicate with you regarding your use of the service.
